The work
we do.
One item or a whole property. Every service below has its own page explaining what is included, what we cannot take, and exactly what drives the price — because a hauler who quotes before seeing the job is either padding it or planning to renegotiate in your driveway.

Pick the one
you need
Furniture Removal
Couches, sectionals, dressers, office furniture. Priced by the space it takes, not the weight.
Appliance Removal
Fridges, washers, dryers, water heaters. Refrigerant units handled to federal spec.
Estate Cleanouts
Whole properties, handled with patience. We work with families, executors and realtors.
Garage Cleanouts
One corner or the whole slab, swept at the end. Metal comes out for recycling first.
Basement & Attic Cleanouts
The two places nobody wants to deal with. Bulkheads and pull-down stairs are routine.
Construction Debris Removal
Drywall, lumber, roofing, concrete. Priced by weight, because that is how the landfill charges.
Mattress Removal
Singles or a houseful, out of the bedroom, recycled where a facility accepts them.
Hot Tub Removal
Drained tubs cut down on site and hauled the same day. A narrow gate is rarely the problem.
Shed Removal & Teardown
Contents out, structure down, everything hauled. Wood, metal, vinyl or collapsed.
Yard Waste & Brush Removal
Brush, storm debris and overgrowth. We cut what is on the ground; we are not a tree service.
Property Cleanouts
Rentals, foreclosures and evictions. Photo-documented and invoiced to the company.
Not sure which one
Most jobs are
more than
one thing
Almost nobody calls with a job that fits neatly into one category. A garage cleanout turns out to have a dead freezer in the corner and a pile of deck boards behind it. An estate has a shed that needs taking down. That is normal, and it does not need three separate quotes — the pages above are split by what people search for, not by how we price a day’s work.
So pick whichever page is closest, read how that job gets priced, and then text us photos of the whole lot. We will quote it as one job.
What we cannot do
Worth being straight about the edges, because finding out on the day wastes everybody’s time. We do not take liquid paint, chemicals, fuel, propane tanks, asbestos or medical waste — no disposal site in Maryland, Delaware or Pennsylvania accepts those from a hauling truck. We are not a tree service, so standing trees and stump grinding need a licensed outfit with different insurance; debris already on the ground is ours. We do not do demolition of anything with a foundation, and we will not cut into a live circuit or a gas line.
Where a job needs someone else first — an electrician to disconnect a hot tub, a remediation contractor before a mold-affected basement, an abatement crew for asbestos siding — we will say so at the quote rather than after the truck is in your driveway.
One item or a whole property
Both are normal. A single mattress in North East is worth a trip because it is five minutes away; the same mattress in Kennett Square probably is not, and we will tell you that instead of quoting a number that only makes sense for us. Larger jobs are the opposite — on a full estate or a multi-day property cleanup, the drive is a small fraction of the work and our number will be competitive anywhere in the service area.
Either way the process is the same: photos or a phone call, a real number back, and an owner on site when the work happens.
