The short version: we collect what you send us so we can quote and complete your job. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for advertising.

Information you give us

When you submit our quote request form, call, text, or email us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, your town or service location, the type of job you need, and any details or photos you choose to send us.

You choose what to provide. If you would rather not submit a form, you can call or text us at 410-996-4860 instead.

Information collected automatically

Our web host records standard server information when you visit, including IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the time of your visit. This is normal for any website and is used for security and to keep the site running. Our website does not set advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use your information

We use what you send us to prepare an estimate for your job, contact you about that estimate or scheduling, perform the work and invoice you for it, respond to questions, and keep records required for our business and tax purposes.

We do not add you to a marketing list without your say-so, and we do not send bulk marketing texts or emails.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed: Google Workspace for our email and the spreadsheet where quote requests are recorded, our website host which serves the site and keeps server logs, and our accounting software for invoicing and bookkeeping.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Advertising

We advertise on platforms including Google, Facebook, and Nextdoor. If you contact us through an ad, that platform may share your submitted contact details with us so we can respond. Those platforms handle your information under their own privacy policies, not this one.

Text messages

If you text us, we receive your phone number and message. We use it to respond about your job. Standard message and data rates from your carrier apply. We do not send automated or promotional text campaigns.

Photographs of work

We photograph jobs to document our work and may use those photos on our website, Google Business Profile, and social media. We do not publish addresses, house numbers, or license plates, and we do not identify customers by name. If you would prefer we not photograph your property or not use a photo, tell us and we will honor that.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and job records as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your information and we will do so unless we are required to retain it.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including using established providers such as Google Workspace with account security enabled. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, ask us to delete your information, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email sales@cleanslatejunkmd.com or call 410-996-4860.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
